Whyte Avenue

When our clients purchased this heritage B home it was a rental house that was cut up into five suites. We removed all the existing interior walls so that this was a blank canvas. We redesigned the interior layout for a modern family with open living spaces, four bedrooms and three baths upstairs and we turned half of the existing loft on the top floor into a roof garden.
