East 53rd Avenue

This is a character retention project on a deep site. We retained the existing character house that was at the front of the site and we have created a three unit multiple conversion. We have proposed two other buildings on the site that have access from Ross street. The middle home is a single family home with an attached garage and the rear building is a new duplex with attached parking. The project is designed in a craftsman style and is currently under construction.
